Shipnaro

Terms

These terms describe Shipnaro as it works on 2 October 2026.

Who operates Shipnaro

Shipnaro is operated by Blaise Muhune. It is an independent product. It is not a product or service of Andrews University. Questions about these terms can go to muyumba@andrews.edu. A postal address is available from that same address. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and the United States.

Who may use it

Shipnaro is for people who are 18 or older. Creating an account or continuing into a signed-in page requires that confirmation and acceptance of these terms and the privacy policy. The version you accepted is stored with your account.

What Shipnaro does

Shipnaro keeps a versioned plan for a project you own and guides your coding agent one task at a time. You supply the coding tool. Shipnaro plans and guides. The agent edits and runs the code. You pay that coding tool separately. A draft is assembled on the site from answers you saved. Confirming a change saves a new draft. That step does not send the project text to a model. A pasted brief and a stack suggestion are read by a model and count as planning calls.

Your account

The account you use owns the projects created with it. Use an account you control. You can sign in with Google or with email and password.

Your project and your code

You keep the repository, the project text you submit, and the coding agent's private conversation. Shipnaro stores its own plan, reviews, and handoff so it can provide the service. It does not transfer the repository. A result stored by an agent is not your approval until you confirm it on the website. Shipnaro owns the product itself.

Plans and jobs

An approved plan version stays as it was approved. A change you confirm on the website saves a new draft and does not replace that version by itself. A planning allowance is an entitlement. It is not a cost forecast or a ship date.

Payment and refunds

The Project Pass is one payment for one project. Checkout and the billing portal are hosted by Stripe. The amount you pay is the amount Stripe charges, which can include tax Stripe calculates from your billing address. Shipnaro does not store your card number.

If Stripe confirms a payment and the pass does not appear on the project, email muyumba@andrews.edu and the pass will be recorded or the payment refunded. You can also ask for a refund within 14 days of the charge by email. Billing events needed for taxes or disputes can remain after you delete a project or the account.

Secrets

Do not put private keys, tokens, or passwords into plans, results, or notes. Where Shipnaro detects that kind of text, it refuses to store it. Confirm that a variable is set, and keep the value in your own secret store. Do not use Shipnaro for unlawful content.

Launch review

A launch checklist is evidence you record. It is not a security certification, a warranty, or a guarantee that the project is ready for production. The plan and the agent's code are provided as the service works today.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid Shipnaro for that project. This limit does not apply where the law forbids it.

Closing a project or the account

Deleting a project removes that project's plans, results, reviews, handoff, coding-agent grant, and private evidence files. Deleting the account removes the sign-in and the projects on it. The Stripe customer and billing events kept for taxes or disputes can remain. The details are on the account page.
